Independence Day of my Guatemala

Today September 15th is the Independence Day of Guatemala. In the year 1821 we were announced of our sovereignty. In this special day the children march with flags in the streets of Guatemala. Thank's God it is a official public holiday, so I did not go to work today :). There is a massive parade in the center of Guatemala City. I remember I used to march with the uniform of my "Colegio Santa Teresita"... so good and wonderful years, gone, gone like the wind... but still and forever on my mind.
